Believe it or not, the Morgan Meads are not related. Their IMDb credits were mixed up once back in 2006 and they became aware of each other and began to email back and forth. Eventually they became friends and discovered they had a lot in common. In 2008 they decided to produce a film together so they started writing what became My Bloody Wedding. Their similarities run deeper than just a similar name. Here are some of the things they have in common:
- Both are Virgos - with birthdays just 3 days apart in September
- Both are writers
- They could physically pass for brother & sister
- Both were married in outdoor ceremonies
- Their spouses are both trained in building design/construction
- Both are active in the film industry at the same time
- They co-wrote/produced "My Bloody Wedding"
- They share the same odd sense of humor
- They're both strange enough to track each other down and become friends!
